We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in preference, color variation, or sizing.

Special Orders — Terms & Conditions

Special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time the order is placed.

These pieces often involve sourcing specific gemstones and precious metals, which are purchased specifically for your order and cannot be returned to suppliers. For this reason, special orders are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Any modifications to the design, materials, or specifications after the order has been placed may result in price adjustments.


How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at alon@shetzymala.com.
Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Fancy color diamonds (as noted above)

    • Special orders (as noted above)

    • Custom or personalized pieces

    • Sale items

    • Gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order once the return is approved.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
